Myself and my partner had been let down by a previous mortgage advisor, we were looking to remortgage our home to... enable us to remove a previous owner off the property. My partner reached out to Claire and very quickly received a reply to meet up the following week. After a face to face appointment (which was one of the best things as I hate not knowing who I am dealing with and meeting them in person) got the ball rolling very quickly looking for what we needed. I honestly thought this was something that was going to take months due to the previous advisor literally taking almost 6 months to have any sort of answer. But within 2 days we had a mortgage offer, 1 week later our house was surveyed and our mortgage agreed to. Within 3 weeks of meeting Claire we are signing and finalising our mortgage and we couldn't be happier. She has worked hard to get us an incredible rate and has helped us with every step. I wasn’t entirely sure that now is the right time to buy a house, but reached out to Claire after being recommended.... She filled me with such confidence in it, we started looking straight away and found the home for us. I would highly recommend Plymouth Mortgage Hub Ltd due to the continous service we have received from Claire herself.... We brought our first home back in 2019 and Claire took all of our stess and worries about mortgages and where to start and handled everything for us, as unfortunately this is not something you are taught whilst in education. It was a scary time for us, but Claire made sure things went as smoothly as they possibly could. When you are out of your depth because you have no understanding of the world of buying and selling homes it feels very... uncomfortable. Especially because you simply do not know where to begin. What you really need is people you can completely trust without just seeing you as a walking pound sign. It’s difficult to overstate just how good this company is. They put many Highstreet companies to shame.
The thing... they provide most of all, and which many others could learn from, is peace of mind for the customer.
The contact for my original house purchase and mortgage was Claire Roose and I soon learnt that when Claire says ‘leave it with me’ you knew you were in the safest pair of hands you could possibly ask for. Her knowledge of the industry and the lenders idiosyncrasies, coupled with her natural ability to put her customers at ease meant that my mortgage application went through without a hitch. It wasn’t until the purchase was complete that I realised just how much Claire’s contribution had smoothed the whole process.

Myself and my partner had been let down by a previous mortgage advisor, we were looking to remortgage our home to... enable us to remove a previous owner off the property. My partner reached out to Claire and very quickly received a reply to meet up the following week. After a face to face appointment (which was one of the best things as I hate not knowing who I am dealing with and meeting them in person) got the ball rolling very quickly looking for what we needed. I honestly thought this was something that was going to take months due to the previous advisor literally taking almost 6 months to have any sort of answer. But within 2 days we had a mortgage offer, 1 week later our house was surveyed and our mortgage agreed to. Within 3 weeks of meeting Claire we are signing and finalising our mortgage and we couldn't be happier. She has worked hard to get us an incredible rate and has helped us with every step. Ensuring we are happy and understand and that any questions we have had she has answered straight away. Even during the evening when we have left a message not expecting to have a reply until the following day but had a reply almost straight away.We honestly couldn't recommend them more if we tried. I wasn’t entirely sure that now is the right time to buy a house, but reached out to Claire after being recommended.... She filled me with such confidence in it, we started looking straight away and found the home for us. She did everything possible to make sure we could get it, doing multiple searches to lock in the best deals, re running them once we had an offer accepted and getting us an even better interest rate.

We brought our first home back in 2019 and Claire took all of our stess and worries about mortgages and where to start and handled everything for us, as unfortunately this is not something you are taught whilst in education. It was a scary time for us, but Claire made sure things went as smoothly as they possibly could. When you are out of your depth because you have no understanding of the world of buying and selling homes it feels very... uncomfortable. Especially because you simply do not know where to begin. What you really need is people you can completely trust without just seeing you as a walking pound sign. We had our deposit but we weren't sure what... we could borrow and if it was better for us to go down the shared ownership route. It’s difficult to overstate just how good this company is. They put many Highstreet companies to shame.
The thing... they provide most of all, and which many others could learn from, is peace of mind for the customer.
The contact for my original house purchase and mortgage was Claire Roose and I soon learnt that when Claire says ‘leave it with me’ you knew you were in the safest pair of hands you could possibly ask for. Her knowledge of the industry and the lenders idiosyncrasies, coupled with her natural ability to put her customers at ease meant that my mortgage application went through without a hitch. It wasn’t until the purchase was complete that I realised just how much Claire’s contribution had smoothed the whole process.
Her appreciation that for a client, a mortgage application and house purchase can be quite a nerve wracking experience, meant that Claire would explain it all to me in in layman’s terms so that I could understand and focus on the important issues and not get bamboozled by the unsettling jargon of all the paperwork involved.
